I had more opportunities to support product development vs. marketing communication projects. I started in Silicon Valley in a start-up creating language learning/translation tool.
My New York life passed through a stint in motion graphics. I shifted rapidly to more interaction design to deep dive into the user-centered design to create many world-class products.
I do usability evaluation tests, audits, and contextual ethnographic research.
I like information design, primarily visualizing data. Whether English, French, or Japanese, I am not a wordsmith for copywriting. I get by :)

Learning by doing. I twiddle around coding to understand better machine learning, and not just speak about automation and ethics.
Systemic thinking & Behaviors
Behavioral design is on the way to democratization like “design thinking”. Systemic design thinking is a way to model research essential to devise a strategy for change.
Writting
I am not a natural writer and a shy person. So, writing even a couple of articles for the public view was a tremendous step forward for me.
